S5S Safety Rating: Carries the full EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 certification — composite toecap, Kevlar midsole anti-penetration, 100J metatarsal protection, cold insulation to -17°C, heat insulation to 150°C, HRO outsole, slip resistance, ladder grip, fuel oil resistance, and ESD compliance. That's a lot packed into one boot.
Certified Metatarsal Protection (M): Tested to 100J impact. The top of your foot is just as exposed as your toes — the BBZ9000 covers both.
Nano Composite Toecap + Kevlar Midsole: 100% metal-free throughout. No issues at security checkpoints or sensitive sites, and no cold transfer from a steel toecap in winter.
Reinforced Pull-On Levers: Two pull-on levers built into the leg stem, each tested to 70kg pull force (140kg per boot). Getting these on after a long day in the van is no longer a battle. The kick-off heel spur means removal is effortless too.
360° Hi-Vis Reflectivity: All-round reflective visibility built into the boot — useful when you're working in low light or near moving vehicles and the hi-vis jacket doesn't reach your feet.
Vulcanised 5mm Neoprene Construction: Not just durable — the vulcanised rubber build gives serious chemical resistance and waterproofing. These boots handle wet, muddy, and chemically exposed environments without deteriorating.
